Can use this with heat or no heat. Can use with vibration or no vibration and just the stretch. I’m usually not a fan of vibration but with this, the vibration helps so much with the intense stretches. Just when the stretch gets to were I dont think I can take it, it started to vibrate and that makes it tolerable and eases the stretch pain. I am generally skeptical about products like these having tried a million of them over the years with chronic lumbar degenerative disc disease! Well, I am a true believer.
